📜 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USAGE

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Usage") govern your access to and use of the Infiniti Talks mobile application and associated services (collectively, "Infiniti Talks", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

1. UPDATION

We may update, amend, or modify these Terms of Usage from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms.

2. USER CONSENT

By using the Platform, you ("User", "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Usage and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

3. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Infiniti Talks is a digital emotional wellness platform connecting users with independent female mentors for emotional support, guided interoceptive awareness practices, and techniques inspired by the ancient Indian text Vigyan Bhairav Tantra (VBT).

The platform includes:

• • Real-time audio call features
• • Guided awareness audios
• • A coin-based payment model

Infiniti Talks blends ancient meditative science with modern neuroscience, focusing on interoceptive awareness — the ability to sense and observe internal bodily sensations such as breath, heartbeat, and emotional changes.

This awareness supports emotional balance, mental calm, and self-regulation.

4. REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY

• • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• • Misuse, impersonation, or use of false details may result in account suspension or termination.

Users must not:

• • Harass, exploit, or threaten mentors or other users.
• • Record any session without explicit consent.
• • Share or promote illegal, sexual, or offensive content.

Mentors may instantly block users who misbehave.

Blocked users lose access to their remaining coins without refund.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not provided for:

• • User misconduct or bans
• • Internet/network issues
• • Unused coins

Refunds may be processed in cases of:

• • Technical failures during sessions
• • Coins deducted without connection
• • Duplicate transactions

Refunds for Autosuggestion subscriptions are not applicable once payment is processed. Users must cancel Autopay before the next billing cycle.

Refund claims may take up to 7 business days after verification.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA ACCESS

Infiniti Talks:

• • Does not record or store any audio call data.
• • May access minimal data (registration or coin logs) for:
  • ○ Dispute resolution
  • ○ Policy enforcement
  • ○ Service improvement

Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed data handling practices.

9. PROHIBITED USES

Users may not use the Platform to:

• • Arrange or solicit sexual or romantic services
• • Promote hate, harm, or occult practices
• • Engage in illegal, unethical, or manipulative activities

Violations will result in permanent bans without notice.

10. MENTOR RESPONSIBILITIES & PLATFORM LIMITATIONS

Mentors (also referred to as "Infiniti Mentor Partners") are independent individuals who offer guidance through the Infiniti Talks platform.

They are not employees, agents, or legal partners of Infiniti Talks.

The term "Partner" is used solely to describe the revenue-sharing collaboration and does not imply any legal partnership or employment relationship.

Infiniti Talks functions purely as a digital marketplace, connecting users and mentors for emotional support and awareness-based sessions.

The platform does not record, monitor, or supervise any audio conversation.

Any personal information exchange or offline interaction between users and mentors occurs at their own risk. Infiniti Talks assumes no liability for such external interactions.

Mentors must strictly adhere to the following:

• • Do not share personal contact details (phone, email, or social media).
• • Do not promote hate, sexual, or fraudulent content.
• • Do not exploit or manipulate users' emotional states.
• • May instantly block users who behave inappropriately.

Infiniti Talks aims to uphold a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment. Both mentors and users are responsible for maintaining mindful communication.

💰 Infiniti Mentor Partners receive a 40% revenue share from each completed session.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Infiniti Talks is not responsible for:

• • Outcomes or interpretations of mentor guidance
• • Emotional reactions to techniques or conversations
• • User expectations of transformation

All services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infiniti Talks, its officers, and associates from any claim, loss, or demand arising out of:

• • Your use of the platform
• • Violation of these Terms
• • Disputes or interactions between mentors and users

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Indian law.

The courts of Udupi, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. TERMINATION

Your account may be terminated for:

• • Fraudulent activity or impersonation
• • Harassment or misconduct
• • Violation of these Terms

Termination may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all coins or subscriptions.
